###### I don't own a cafe. Can I still buy the Mosaic range for home?
Yes! Although our Mosaic blends have been specially developed for cafes, we know everyone wants to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee at home occasionally. Our Ochre Blend and Single Origins are available in convenient take home packs 250g bags of beans. Take home bags are available through your favourite cafés. Although coffee is not grown in Italy, our DNA certainly is! Lavazza’s heritage and history comes from being the original master coffee blenders. To celebrate 50 years in Australia, we have locally developed and roasted our new Mosaic range in Melbourne Australia, sourcing the highest quality beans from key coffee regions around the world. ## Product FAQs
###### What kind of roast is this? Dark?
All our blends are medium roast, with each unique flavour profile shaped by the origins of their components. Our goal is to showcase the coffee's natural flavours, ensuring they shine through without being overshadowed by the roasting process.
###### What pack sizes will be available?
Our Mosaic range has 3 x 1kg Coffee beans including Retreat, Ochre, and Tidal, a rotating Single Origin, and a 250g Ochre beans take home pack to be sold in selected venues.
###### Is the single origin roasted for filter or espresso?
Our Single Origin offerings are limited and seasonal, with each coffee carefully roasted to highlight its individual flavours, regardless of brew method. Enjoy the distinctive cup profile of each varietal and their unique terroir/processing, whether you prefer a complex espresso or an easy-drinking filter using your favourite manual brew methods.
###### How did Lavazza develop this product?
Created by Lavazza in homage to Australia’s passion for coffee, Mosaic is an artful fusion of Lavazza’s coffee expertise with insights from Australian artists, to create a range of blends that captures the essence of Australia and the unique coffee culture it continues to brew. From the packaging to the flavour profile, all visual and emotional elements were carefully considered.
###### How soon from roast can I use the product?
Our blends are ready to use on delivery, but for best results we recommend brewing 14 days post roast date.
